Steve Tuttle has nearly 30 years of experience across a broad range of private and public-sector projects. Steve is a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineers (PTOE) and has utilized his experience in multimodal operations analysis and design to advance implementation of complete streets standards in communities throughout the state. Steve has worked in an on-call capacity for numerous municipalities, both large and small, serving as an extension of staff to support the agency on technical transportation issues. Steve has received awards from ITE for his leading-edge work with the City of Boulder on Pedestrian Crosswalk Installation Guidelines. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and former US Air Force officer.
